Three week road closure

THE installation of new high voltage mains means that part of a road in Daresbury will be closed for three weeks.

The work, which will be carried out by Scottish Power Energy Networks, will see Newton Lane closed from the junction with old Chester Road to a point roughly 400 metres away from the same junction (Slaughter's Rough).

Suitably signed alternative routes will be set up during the work.

For more information, call Scottish power on 01978 832706.
